If you want to dip into the traditional flavors of Puglia, you cannot skip its gastronomic gold: e.v.o oil. In that regard, don’t miss out on a visit to typical oil mill, housed in a 19th-century building, where you’ll be walked through the entire production process, from the milling by granite millstones to the packaging, preceded by the screening of a short film (available in 4 languages).

Following, there will be a tasting of e.v.o oil of the affiorato, bio, PDO Terra di Bari, monocultivar, citrus and herb-flavored types, as well as taralli, preserves and other typical products.
